Oh my, absolutely stunning. Honey amber tinged with orange color, and lovely nose of pear and melon. On the palate, ripe sweet pineapple, fresh pear, apricot, orange and some apple, with a rich, smooth and buttery mouthfeel. A little well integrated oak. Lively acidity for a crisp clean wine. No hint of oxidation. Served with fresh seared dayboat scallops with ginger, lime, orange, garlic and cilantro butter sauce, baked sweet potatoes and balsamic/feta spinach salad. One of the best Montrachet I’ve had in a long while. Two bottles, both exceptional.

Third bottle of this wine I've opened -- first was ox'd, second was blah, but this one was on point. If being picky, this isn't the deepest or most complex Monty and it's a little soft on acidity. But such an enjoyable bottle -- musky, layered wine with big mix of different flavor undertones that I won't bother listing out. Very solid bottle to enjoy w/ fellow white Burg lovers.

A little four-square. Some nice floral and white fruit tones, and some nutty and flinty notes. But it's a little bit rough on the palate, almost like the heat from too much alcohol. Not bad but disappointing given expectations.

väldigt komplext vin, doften är ganska sluten från start men kom igång på riktigt efter en stund i glaset. inte riktiga notes, bara poäng 94-96
