Delicious and fun. Not very complex but it does have a nice mouthfeel and textural quality. Age hasn't hurt this wine at all. Still has nice acidity, stone fruit, and citrus flavors. At peak now, so drink up!
No detailed notes. A nice balance, with good but not overpowering fruit depth and a sense of minerality. A very enjoyable wine, and excellent pairing with potato, leek and pancetta soup. Terrific QPR and while this is a great "everyday", it can also have a place at more important occasions assuming a thoughtful food pairing. Very versatile.
Light color, like straw. Rubber, mango, and crushed rock on the nose. Sea shell, rocky minerality, green apple, and asparagus on the palate. Faint butteriness on the finish. Great conveyor of terroir and excellent QPR.
