  The bubbles are a bit subdued. I liked it a lot but would not wait longer.

  Beautiful bubbles. Apple, peach, lemon and light notes of brioche. Developed light oxidized notes after 24h that were lovely. This is a nice bottle

  the team at belluard can do no wrong when it comes to sparkers. this is another bubby-mountain-stream-and-ricolla that yields a happy satisfaction beyond words.
