  Unique and complex. Pear and apple on the nose, with hints of vanilla custard. This Pinot Gris has weight and viscosity, presumabley from the sur lie aging and oak regimine. Peach and nectarine stone fruits with a lush creamy texture. Finishes with mouth watering acidity.
