  • PnP, served non-blind. Color is still a quite youthful full straw, and bright; the fill, near perfect. Lychee tart, apple pie spices, rosewater, persimmon and candied ginger on the nose, with flavors following to the medium-full bodied, sweet but well lifted, layered palate. An absolute joy right now. Adds a little weight with airtime, but still enough acid cut to get the job done. Slightly better than the one six months ago, brighter. 13,5% abv., delicious and recommended. Drink now thru 2016

  • PnP. Medium gold, not too advanced and cork in vg cond, exc fill level. Lychee dominates, followed by honey, linen, spiced apples. Fully mature, with flavors of creamy yellow apples, pears, nutmeg, schist; only a fraction of the original r/s remains. This has aged well, but is at the tail and of its plateau, and should be consumed within the next 18-24 months. 13,5% abv,
