Tasted pre-release. A bit more acidity that the 1er Cru La Richemone tried just prior to this. Has more acidity, intensity an depth with a nose of pepper and spices. Buttery flavour with mixed red berries. Needs another 10-years at a minimum but this should be great in years to come.

Salon de la Revue du Vin de France 2012 (Palais Brongniart, Paris, France): Egalement une robr profonde, là aussi des épices exotiques au nez, mais également des fruits rouges et des baies, arômes primaires du Pinot noir. Il a besoin d'air et au bout d'une heure il s'ouvre et laisse parler sa palette complexe et sa structure tannique d'une grande finesse.
