  • Champagne Rosé Tasting: Very ripe notes, Rum-flavors. Nose 93/100.
The wine is a little thin and lacking complexity. All a bit one-dimensional. This wine is past its peak.

  • What a strange wine... salmon colored with an orange hue. Aromatically the wine had some muted red fruit aromas, some minerality, no discernable lees influence, no malo, no oak... aromatically just a lot of no's... on the palate the wine has quite a bit of small to moderate sized mousse... high acidity, a rustic midpalate, low dosage. Balanced wine with average length and intensity, not a lot of complexity. Wine has finesse and is very vinous... texturally nice wine... Appearance wise and on the palate it says Champagne to me but aromatically it was too rustic I would guess for me to call it Champagne. I didn't really get this wine though I guess it had intellectual value and distinctiveness...
