  Tasted over 1 hr
  -translucent light/med gold
  -honey
  -med+ piercing acidity gives laser beam focus through to the finish, med- weight honey minerals mildly oxidative nutty yeasty finish reminiscent of a wheat beer
  -interesting, acidity much more prominent than a bottle tasted 5 years ago and while it is much more mature it gives it more freshness

  Nothing confected or artificial about this wine. Bright gold, intense acidity, this wine really builds with a few hours in the glass. As others have noted, there is a Chablis aspect to this wine, but it is its own entity. Honey, flowers, citrus, herbs, cinnamon.. there is much to like in this wine. It has a fresh summer lemonade note on the finish now 2 hours on. If you are drinking it now, be prepared as it is quite linear and mouth puckering right out of the bottle, but becomes compelling with air (hours).

  PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs and Day 2
  -translucent light/med gold
  -subtle but rich caramel apple
  -med- acidity picks up after 2 hrs in glass, med weight, slight oxidative notes, intense minerally bitterness on moderately long finish
  -less oxidative than other Jura whites tasted, not sure if lower acidity more reflective of terroir or vintage, no idea what this will do with age, not bad but not as interesting as a good Chablis
