Straw colored and 14.5% ABV. Nose of freshly cut grass, citrus and lemon curd. Tart with tons of acidity. Rich and thick mouthfeel. Grapefruit, pears, melon and spice on the palate. Missing a little bit of the lushness I often associate with a Rochioli Sauvignon Blanc. Drink this summer.

Hay color. Medium intensity nose, kiwi fruit, melon, green bean. On arrival, soft acidity and somewhat waxy. Flavors mineral and melon fruit-oriented; where's that suave grapefruit and tangy acidity hiding ? Wish we hadn't overpaid for a second bottle. Drink up.

(Rochioli Sauvignon Blanc) #1; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-a little tight; a little pear action; PALATE-high acid; clean; not overbearing or heavy, but very acidic; much fuller and better body than the Cloudy Bay; solid, but doesn't blow me away; for my palate, you can find some better Sancerre's for the same money; JR-91; GV-89+

In good shape - didn’t have it younger so can’t say where it is on the curve. Seems like it will hold for a while longer.

Not the bracing, flinty Rochioli SB of old.
