  • Medium intense nose with aromas of roasted oak, a bit of brioche, yeast, nougat, citrus fruits, hazelnuts and green apples.

Medium+ acidity, fairly round with a generous dosage. Somewhat tart and dry finish and a medium body.

    Decent intensity and length.

This is nice for only 240SEK, but nothing out of the ordinary.

  • The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of small bubbles.

The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity aromas of green fruit (green apple, pear), citrus (lemon peel), MLF (cream) and yeast (rye bread, brioche).

The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium(+) refreshing acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body with a creamy mousse. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of green fruit (green apple, pear), citrus (lemon peel), MLF (cream) and yeast (rye bread, brioche). The finish is medium(+).

It is a very good quality wine. It has concentrated flavours balance the acidity and a persistent finish. It also shows complexity in the nose provided by autolytic notes, but a better example of this style would be even more complex.

Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and flavour concentration to develop some more complex tertiary aromas 2-3 years after disgorgement date.

  • New years eve at home: no notes, this was not a champion but still very good effort.

  • Very typical citrusoriented champagne. Probably a very young bottle. Great QPR.

  • Pale lemon green color.

Nose is youthful with medium intensity of aromas. Slighty toasted white bread, lemons, chalky minerals and yeast. A traditional, rather simple champagne-nose.

Dry on the palate with a soft mousse. The acidity is medium+ and body is medium. Flavor intensity is medium. Flavors of green apple, lemons, chalk and white bread. Finish is medium-.

Decent champagne and one of the better ones in it's price range. Overall not so fun.
