Still solid with nice dark color, rich dry fruit notes, and smoothness.
Bottle was well stored in an underground facility for 10 years. It came from there the day we opened. Decanted for 1.5 hours before 1st glass, 2 hours before second, vacuumed bottle and finished the next night.
We were trying to remember back to the prior bottle we drank 3 years ago, and our recollection is that this was similar to then but with a little more complexity and robustness.
I'd probably recommend drinking this now as I don't see this continuing to improve much more. And if storage is not ideal, it may be peaking. This is our last bottle of this vintage and i wish we had another one to try in a year or so to see if I am right about drinking now ;)

This was fresh and very lively, tasted young still. And it tasted like Lytton without trying to sound ridiculous. Deep purple in color, bright acid, restrained black and blue fruits, a hint of mineral. Slow ox for a few hours before getting into it seriously. It showed little development from initial taste to first glass hours later. That’s okay though as this was a pretty drink.

(Ridge Petite Sirah Lytton Estate) Opaque black red violet color; appealing, tart berry, dried berry, blueberry nose; tight, tar, charcoal, very tart berry, tart black fruit palate; needs 5-plus years; medium-plus finish 92+ points

Drank over two days. This bottle pretty tired compared to the bottle I had almost a year ago. Sorta thin, faint petite-ness.

Surprisingly fresh for a 12 year old wine. Big dark fruits and decent finish. I think it could roll on for another 10 years.
