Deep gold in color. Not showing its age on the nose, which is towards the tropical end of the spectrum, at least for Chablis. Pineapple, passionfruit, and limes. High acid and lean the mouth, much less fruity than the nose; there is salinity, stoniness, a bit of waxy character. Oxidation is just starting to creep in a bit, but still enjoyable. Very nice, and serves as a good reminder that most Chablis can take moderate age quite well.

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent light/med gold -sweet floral pineapple -barely med acidity, med weight with sappy slightly tropical very ripe mid-palate, good length -high quality but characterized more by ripe fruit than classic Chablis characteristics, ripeness is more prominent than the prior bottle tasted

Monthly Wine Group: Blind Pinots from Around the World (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN): Light gold green color. Drank 1 glass over 45 minutes. Great acid, wow, intense minerality, wet stones, oyster shell, meyer lemon, citrus, and hints of orange, very long. Have I mentioned how much i love 2010 Chablis? Incredible value.

Very good bottle here. Ripe fruit still in evidence, with very little oxidation, and with a truer Chablis profile than I recalled.

Light greenish gold color. Drank 1 glass over 45 minutes. Lime, citrus, apple, mineral and saline influences with light medium body.
