The mousse has a great mouth feel, with lots of fine bubbles. The palate is dominated by strawberries and raspberries with a bread dough backbone. This wine will age well for at least 5-7 years, and perhaps more.

Intense autolytic notes. The aging on the lees for 3 years followed by 3 years of further bottle age really shows through. This sparkler is finely balanced on the palatte. Champagne-style bubbles and acidity. Simply a delicious wine.
