This has held up very well. Bright beam of fresh red fruit is still in focus and supported by a nice acid loft and some very fine tannins. Black licorice and a hint of smoke keep this interesting. Looking forward to comparing it to the Astrolabe bottling at some point over the course of the cool season.

PnP. Still fairly purple. Muted nose. More herbal scents than fruit. While still cool this tastes mostly of the Syrah with some blue fruits. Tannins and acids are resolved. Just ok. Time to drink up.

Nice medium weight berry savory mouthful of GSM that has aged nicely. A little spice on the nose. No browning, nice garnet color.
For all of you holding bottles in your cellar you will be pleased, but time to get serious about drinking them over the next couple of years....
