The wine is clear and pale lemon in colour. The nose is clean with medium (+) intensity aromas of primary citrus fruits such as lemon and stone fruits such as nectarine, secondary aromas of oak such as vanilla and mlf such as butter, and tertiary aromas of nuts such as hazelnuts and smoke. The wine is developing. The palate is dry with medium acidity, medium alcoho (12.5%), medium body and medium (+) intensity flavours of lemon, nectarine, vanilla, butter, smoke, hazelnut. The wine has a medium (+) finish. The wine is very good quality. It can be drunk now but is suitable for further ageing for 2 years.
Light yellow, gold. Whiffs of lemon and flowers. Light, bright palate of citrus, a little chamomile, and some spice. LIke all of PYCMs wines, there is this magical round holographic dimension in the middle, not Pixar-like but more 35 mm in resolution (with fuzzy edges), here with a little capsule of marshmallow softness in it. Yes, I said the wine has a little marshmallow taste to it.
