Just a bit disappointing really - I can't put my finger on it. As if it was holding back; very closed and even over 2 coravin days it would not really budge. Drunk with Ferrous 04 (under cork), which should have been dead and buried I would have thought - but the Ferrous was glorious, and this wasn't. Try again in a year.....

Not an overly expressive nose, with the palate doing most of the heavy lifting. True to the Haven style with generosity and fruit power. Has a more red fruit spectrum than you'd expect from Mornington, which are still rich and bright alongside some good acidity, however despite the fact some tertiary mushroom savouriness is starting to develop, one gets the sense this is at its best now. A delicious wine, but falls short of being serious.

An expressive nose of blue fruits but t very pinit noir like. Was a bit closed on the palate with no great stucture apparent but quite full of fruit. Improved by the end of the evening so perhapsi t needs a good decant.

Deep red. Much better with air and after 1-2 hours. Was so acidic when opened but did mellow and good with food. I found this masculine and medium to full bodied. Lots of salted and savory notes. This was enjoyed greatly by the group. Most called burgundy

Dinner get together with the theme Pinot Noir from around the world, all tasted blind, thought a Burgundy, light red, elegant nose of a mature burgundy with secondary aromas, very good nose, silky tannins, cool climate Pinot, delicious
