Complex nose with obvious oak, lemon, and spices. It evolved quite a bit throughout the night and the oak integrated better, yielding an overall more balanced and prettier aroma. Lovely acidity on the palate with lots of lemon notes, citrus, and green apples. Long finish. This needed a lot of air to show well and the last sip was clearly the best. I would hold for another 5+ years. 94++

Dinner with the wine group (Zazie's, San Francisco): Golden-yellow, excellent color; aromatic, buttery but also lemony and fresh; palate is medium-full bodied, not rich (on the palate) like I might expect for a Meursault (still has the richness on the nose), more fresh with some lemon-lime; medium length finish. Very nice, will open up well with time. 92+ With some air and warmed slightly, showing very nicely. Paired wonderfully with the appetizers.

Unknown breathing time. Nose with intense honey, and buttery, the palate is typical full body with honey, citrus, mineral and white flower. It offers some complexity, and medium finishing. Nice drinking now and can be cellaring further

Exploring Meursault with Cedric at Eleven Madison Park (Eleven Madison Park Sol LeWitt Room): A step up in power and expression compared to the preceding wines. Absolutely gorgeous with lemon squares and almonds.
