Det är tre år sen förra flaskan, och utvecklingen är enorm. Ett helt balanserat vin, numera t o m med mognadstoner. Flera vid bordet trodde det var äldre och en huschampagne.

Ett påtagligt ungt vin. En hög, underbar syra. Citron. Friskt. Efter en ganska kort stund i glaset utvecklas djup och frukt. För mig en utpräglad skaldjurschampagne.
