  This is in a great place right now, and I'm sorry that it's my last bottle. It's a thrilling mix of tart acid and salty butter notes, and while it's not especially deep or long, it has a persistent mid-palate, at least. Bitter honey, wax, apple skin [as someone said below], and nuts. Don't drink this too cold.
