  Dark ruby in color. Strongly perfumed with crushed dark berry compote, potpourri, baking spices. Quite juicy and pliant in the mouth showing sweet dark raspberries and cherries, savory cooked rhubarb, good acidity and a long spicy and floral finish.

  I have always been enchanted by this wine. Gorgeous fruit and now fully mature. Long flavors yet alcohol restrained at 12.5%. No rush to drink remaining bottles.

  Good ruby red in color. This is one of the most intoxicatingly perfumed wines I have had, high-pitched and insanely beautiful aromas of crushed florals, candied red berries, baking spices (cinnamon, clove), hint of sandalwood and mint (nose = 95 points alone). A medium-bodied palate shows sneaky power to the sweet & cool candied red berries and flowers, hint of underbrush, medium acidity and a very long, sweet and perfumed finish. Wow.
