Cooking spice notes, briary, intense and focused varietal (Cabernet Franc). Ripe and somewhat tannic, dense black fruits, minerals with structure. Ideal with beef. We had it with a grilled Flat Iron steak, would be really good with lamb. Broad on the palate, good depth and length with a spicy finish.

(POGGIO AL TESORO DEDICATO AL WALTER) #4; VaynerPAZZZ; 100% Cab Franc, COLOR-crazy dark; NOSE-nothing like Cab Franc, Oak Monster, blueberries, clove & cedar box coming through; TASTE-nice ripe fruit complexity, very dry on the palate, very one dimensional, very simple; WS-91; GV-87
