A nice showing from Henriot. 100% Chardonnay - 2/3rd sourced from Premier & Grand Cru vineyards in the Cote de Blancs. Nice linear citrus precision with significant toasted notes from both lees ageing and use of reserve wine.

剛開瓶很明顯的小白花香氣
酸度我覺得OK
不過不喜歡白中白很酸特性的人
可能接受不了
回溫之後果香越來越明顯
杏桃跟柑橘香
口感不像一開始那麼冷洌
但還是很crispy （這個字我很喜歡拿來形容香檳）
很符合白中白的調性
尾韻甚至出現了一些煙燻硝石味
