  This bottle was slightly better than the last which I very recently drank. Maybe I am just getting used to wines past their drinking interval.

  Retains a dark ruby color but not much in the way of fruit left on the nose or palate. It has a bit of smoke left. Cleary well past it's prime drinking interval. I have one more bottle left and will drink soon.

  Slight brick rim. Deep ruby, notes of mushrooms, humus, medium body ending on a bitter tannic finish. Fruit has disappeared, only tertiary notes left. The best is behind this wine, I would recommend drinking now.
