Nose of pineapple and apple with very little oak on the finish. This wine is exceptionally smooth and easy drinking for a Chardonnay. It does not have a big alcohol bite on the palate like a lot of chardonnays -- very, very good.

Tasted at cellar temperature (60). Nose of lychee and biscuit. Apple and honeycomb with some acidity still present. A little oak char structure throughout behind the juicy fruit. Outstanding chardonnay.

The wine held a light amber color and lovely nose of toast and hints of tropical fruit. It produced flavors of toasted oak along with good acidity and tropical fruits. Long finish
