  Deep yellow color, tropical fruit nose, lots of fruit and excellent acidity with a long, delicious finish

  Nose of fruit cocktail, lime and mint. Viscous, sweet, and leaning more towards an auslese in ripeness, but absolutely delicious and alluring.

  So, I always associate Zilliken with excellent wine, yet every time I drink a mature example I am blown away. This is not excellent it’s truly exciting. At top peak. Balance, depth, purity and length in spades. Magic, airy and contemplative. Too bad I only have one bottle remaining. (97)

  Lemon, cream, honey, pear, crisp apple, light petrol, rich and lithe at the same time. So very tasty. Nice balance of sweet and sour. Worth the wait and certainly upside from here if, as you would expect, more complexity comes with a few more years. Finish is spectacular. No rush here. An absolutely beautiful, somewhat unexpected surprise.
