Golden brown. I thought this was going to be dry but it is actually sweet, though not overly so. Lychees on the nose and palate with some residual sugar. Also some CO2 on the palate. Only slightly nutty which suggests to me that this still has some years in it. I found the alcohol a little too present and reminiscent of a distilled alcohol.

Past its peak. Very low acidity left. However the nose was wonderful with flowers, nuts and peaches. Felt sweet on the mouth and still got some minerality.
