JB at Fernando's House: not one i have had before. Seems only was made for a couple of years. Plums and black cherry. Ripe and rich. Some prune and raisin. Still very much together and even young. (23% petite syrah - adds to the power and the purple notes)

This wine is still drinking nicely, i'm sure buoyed by the generous amount of Petite in this zinfandel. I got a cherry and other red fruit on the palate with a slight mocha finish.

Supposedly peaked. Not. This was still going strong! Lots of berry & spice. Carlisle never fails.
