  Decanted 30 min. Suggest decanting an hour as it opens up better then. On the 👃 pretty balanced but more red fruit (strawberries) with lemon, leather, soot. On palette, quite dry, strong frontal tannins, medium structure, strawberries.
  
  I think this can age more in bottle.

  Opened the bottle and left it breathe for 30 minutes. Nice, elegant nose of raspberries and stewed strawberries. Good acidity - good structure - red berries on the palate albeit somewhat muted - with some green peppercorn, elegant cedar wood, medium tannins on the ending, hints of smoky incense.
  
  Overall a good Burgundy - but more akin to a Premier Cru than to a Grand Cru. Will keep my second bottle 3-4 years longer because I think this will evolve nicely.
