Nice wine; Clear, crisp light straw color, sweet with a hint of citrus on the nose, nice balanced flavors of peach and pears on the palate with a small -mint bite; absence of any tannins, yet the heat and the acidity gives this wine ample structure. Very long finish. It paired well with a spiced shrimp/vegetable/pasta stir fry.

Enjoyed a bottle last night with Kim, Bill and Debbie at Lake Hickory Country Club in Hickory NC. Very good but more oaky then I remember previous bottle to have been, if I had not known this was unoaked I would not have guessed that based on the flavor profile alone. Otherwise agree with previous tasting notes: clear gold color hue with slightly sweet nose and bouquet of ripe melons, citrus fruit and slight honey edge. Very smooth mouth feel w/out significant aftertaste. Flavors were primarily of white peach, some pear and grapefruit with surprisingly clean aftertaste and underlying minerals. Very good NZ chard, will be looking for more bottles, very good QPR.

I found this wine to be very light for my tastes. On the nose, melon and honey dominate with the green melon, mineral, and parsley stem. The wine did open up as it warmed gaining some body and a bit of butter on the tail end.
