Pulled first bottle of case after cellaring. Was very positively surprised by the wine - while it may not have the complexity or massive fruit of some blockbusters, the wine was very pleasant with food. Found it well-balanced, not over-ripe, and finishing with a nice hint of vanilla. Eager to try more and will post updates.

Very good to excellent. Tasted next to a 2002 Cotes du Bordeaux. Is darker, richer, better nose, fuller mouth feel, and reasonable finish. The 2002 is smoother and simpler.

I fear that something must have gone very wrong with this bottle. The first night, I found it tolerable at best; my wife poured it out, and my friend - who gifted me with this - found it "just barely potable". It certainly didn't live up to the other notes - except for the lack of fruit and thin finish. The second night it was vinegary, and has been set aside for red sauce.
