  Dark purple-red - no sign of ageing. A nose of liquorice, soft leather, white pepper, plums, meaty (veal liver). Medium to medium-full bodied. Tannins supple but still present; woodland floor, black fruits, tobacco. In good heart and still drinking well. Decent length for a basic C-d-R.

  I found this lurking in a box at the bottom of a pile. Now fully mature, softened. Decent rhone red fruit. Worth keeping to this age.

  Simply wonderful! I got a strong sensation of fig when I opened it. Tar and menthol afterwards. It tastes like its peaking.
