  Initially this felt like it what showing its age but quickly gained weight and stature. Just gorgeous fruit and spice. I do believe I prefer this to the Beaux Monts.

  PNP at Asa. Bottle 0121 of 2350. Color is slightly washed out red with some bricking. This was “a-point” immediately, with a kaleidoscope of cinnamon, clove, red cherry and subtle savory spice aromas on the nose. Beautiful texture, satiny with depth that really caresses the palate. Generous sweet red fruit that is sappy and supple, mild acidity that adds interest. Very Leroy, that is to say extremely well made and a special experience to consume at close to peak.

  Drank over 3+ hours. Ready to go out of the gate. Nose full of red fruit, dark fruit, spearmint and plenty of spice. Touch of earth and minerals on the palate just beginning to show a bit of age. Powerful yet very soft and open. Wonderful energy and incredible at the villages level.
