  Coravin sample. Tasted side by side vs 2007 Dom de Chevalier blanc.
  So different from the Dom de Chevalier which was young and vibrant. This is very advanced and golden colored. Not tired but past its peak giving away oxidized and nutty overripe fruit aromas. In the mouth a bit dry, leathery but in an interesting way. Long finish. Good food wine with a lot of character.

  Obviously some bottle variation in this one. Last was flawed but this one shows much better. Complex nose and refreshing, citrus and tropical fruit. Nicely balanced in mouth, round and still with lively acidity. 91-92p

  Coming to the end. Much deeper, darker yellow than previous bottles. Assuming that wasn't a one off, I can see this wine reaching the end of its "good" drinking window by 2015. Beautifully rich and well rounded today.

  Dorato. Al naso pietra focaia, pompelmo, fiori gialli, pesca bianca, pepe. Bocca intensa, elegante, lunga, grandissima freschezza unita a notevole sapidità.
