Yeah, Loire sweet chenin is a great thing. Solid and distant nose requiring a heavy drag to get sweet pineapple and straw, but a fully expressive palate of sweet and bitter hay, roasted golden raisin, and now especially on its fourth day sweet tropical fruit. Sufficient tanginess, and maybe something white and rocky there too. Alive and alive at fourteen years, five more absolutely no problem. Terrific.

Nice light boytritis toned peach melba; toned with some acidity; nice light apricot finish.

Creamy and rich; nice pairing with lemon pepper crusted flounder.
