Popped and poured for Easter guests, who enjoy white wine. Nose of citrus, mostly lemon w/some grassy undertones. Drank out of Oregon Rideil pinot glasses which really helped in this wine opening up quickly. A well made, almost classic saiuvignon blanc, w/snappy acidity and textured mouth feel. Very good.

Had several glasses at The Fish Market with halibut. It has very nice aromas (more than most), a crisp flavor that tingles, and that great Semillon lingering finish and aftertaste. I seem to keep coming back to it. Must buy a bottle as a high end sample.

NSMFOW April '09--Promising CA Wineries (The Grapevine, Salem, MA): Light yellow color. Nose of apple, grass, straw. Palate of sweet apple, some grapefruit with similar grassiness. Not as crisp or minerally as I want in a SB. There are so many other SB I'd reach to before this in this price range.

Okay wine - more of a "sipper" than a food friendly wine.
