  • Pale straw with green hues. Light oak on the nose (hazelnut), mineral notes, lemon and green apple. Elegant, quite true to Perrières with high acidity, med body and an almost tannic feeling. Ripe fruits at first (touch of pineaplpe) which evolve to lemon, apple and mineral notes with time. Very good mid palate and a nice flinty finish.
This is a baby which will improve over the next 6-8 years.
