  • February? Time to start with a few south hemisphere wines...
Coloured rather than as a young Rioja.
Origins aren't lost on the nose. A little over the hill but contributing with aromas of garriges, white pepper and ...green pepper? This's Shiraz!
Palate is restricted and little short.
Good enough pairing a homemade red beans and bacon soup.

¿Febrero?

  • Earthy fragrances and plenty of various mushrooms. A bit too much acid, no sweetness and not really a lot of fruit. Not typical South-Australian at all. Maybe even a little bit thin. Unfortunatly on the second day it was bitter and exanimate.
