Semillon and Extras (Sydney, Australia): Butterscotch and honey with citrus on the nose. Palate doesn't show as much age, there is super acidity and it is lifted and long. Delicious and left me wanting more.

Hazy notes from a dinner last night. This was in a nice place, and should last many more years; still healthy acidity, a little toast and honeysuckle developing, medium bodied, nice aperatif (B+)

The best "lizzie" I have tried to date, developed toasty characters, lovely backbone of acidity, a little bit of citrus, drinking at its peak.
