I really like this wine. The nose displayed white flowers, white peach, crushed white stone, salty sea breeze and a hint of petroleum. Complete, complex, layered and rich, balanced palate. A mix of barely noticeable sweetness, sophisticated minerality, wonderful acidity with notes of white peach, apples, iodine, lemon and salt on the finish. Wonderful now, but can be cellared for a decade or two.
Lemon, apricot, peach, honey melon, very light touch of petrol; viscous palate with great acidity and mineral notes. There is fruit sweetness , but the wine is just off dry; very nice package. Time to drink now.

Elegant.....Not dry but much more so than the typical Zind-Humbrecht. Almost tastes like it came from the other side (German). Apple and citrus fruits on the nose and early palate. Shorter finish than normal, but I suspect this is due to the (relative) dryness. I would have missed this on a double blind, mistaking it for an Austrian or German Riesling. Very well make however. You could serve this with many dishes....or just sip it.
