  Opened a bottle at Crystal Wines (Valley Point) to celebrate a birthday.
  
  Cream in colour, with a nice crisp mouthfeel. Green apples, fresh lime and toasted bread.
  
  An ideal wine for celebrations and sharing.

  Val’s B-day: Good, lighter color, med. flavors. It didn’t stand up quite as well to the fuller taitinger.
