Opened and poured. Very dark and full bodied red. Interesting olivey, sagey notes. Some savories and deep dark fruit pastes, dates, blacks. Nicely balanced, deep and dark... a very nice offering.

Opened and poured, A medium ruby to pink at the rin. Full bodied, brambly syrah featuring lots of raspberry and blackberry, with an anise component and dust. There's also a floral hint, almost rose. Fruit is hanging on, though mostly resolved. Tannins are all but gone. Smooth and velvety landing on the finish. Dry creek dust and crackly fall leaves. Turns simple with a day under vac-u-vin, going slightly south and sour. Decent wine.

Popped and poured-lots of green vegetables on the nose and palate. Dust, smoke, muted blackberry, medium firm tannins and finish. I always enjoy this style.

Ok at best, not as fruit forward as I would hope.
