  • Somewhat of a cross between a Sancere and a Vinho Verde. Granny smith apple peel, and tropical scents, but all citrus fruits on the palate. Nice, sharp, lip-smaking acidity, with a slight bit of residual C02 fizz, which added refreshment. A bit of a herbal grassiness crept in on the second day. Nice, cheap seafood wine.

  • Very pale clear yellow, like a Pinot Grigio. Intensely sweet, tropical nose (like fruit salad). Mango, lychee. Highly, highly aromatic.

Medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with good acidity. Pleasantly citrusy. I find the nose better than the actual taste; the nose is truly incredible. Very drinkable and food-friendly.
