OK this was a lot better a decade ago, but it is still lively and interesting with a charming combination of fully mature red and black fruits with underbrush and mushroom notes.

Tasty aged Shea. Lush, w/ well integrated secondaries. Sediment was more fine grained (as compared to flaking together) in the bottom half inch. Purchased at auction.

Superb! Well stored wine bought at auction. Poured from bottle. Opened up nicely and was loved by the crowd. Again, the higher end, Oregon Pinot has legs if taken care of.

This was perhaps the best bottle of Oregon pinot I've ever had. Lush, lively, great fruit, full bodied without being too much, it surprised me how intact it still is after 12 years. Time to drink if you have it, but it could still live for some time. Wonderful wine from a wonderful producer.

Found a few bottles on a back shelf in wine storage. Very impressive balance of red cherry and strawberry with elegant earthy aromas with moderate spice. Very similar flavor profile on palate, showing lots of energy that keep this lengthy and exciting vs. many other Willamette 2002s with less acidity that are less interesting today.
