Still quite youthful, but not at all mean to drink right now. Plenty of Gevrey earth, but at no expense of fruit which lean toward supple redder pinot fruits, and some spice on the nose. That said, this is more of a textural and palate pleaser than a perfumed wine at this point. It carries its medium plus bodied size well, with excellent texture/sap especially for a village wine. I really enjoy the supple giving texture of this wine, a trait I seem to get in 07 reds regularly. Overall, very good depth, a nice mix of savory and fruit, quite long and better on day two. Well done. Very enjoyable and would be better in a couple years. 89+pts
