  This wine has aged fantastically. Dark fruit and dark chocolate with just a tinge of coffee and dark chocolate. Smooth, full body, fantastic mouthfeel with fine tannins. If only every wine would complete itself over 11 years I wouldn't touch any for this long.

  Dark fruit with almost a slightly port like stewed fruit flavor but still some life

  Was hoping for caramel and fruit like 2008 Caymus. The Paring has really lost its fruit and complexity from what I tasted 9 months. Probably won't buy again unfortunately.
