4th bottle, 1st note. Weird. Anyway, to the wine...Light yellow color with some tartrate crystals in the bottom (and on the cork). Aromas of rubbery petrol, lime, and mineral. Medium body, acid, and finish, with a bit of RS and flavors of lime, peach, and chalky minerality. Could use a little more acidity to match the sweetness, but a good pairing for spicy Thai or Indian.

Small Gathering w/ Indian Food: Light gold color. So must dusty, chalky, crusty minerality on the nose, on top of sliced yellow apple and white peaches. Fresh on the palate with bright acidity and a clean, vibrant feel. Lemon, lime, peach, the fruit is sweet but fresh with honeysuckle, crushed rocks and chalk elements. Long and pretty and, oh, so clean. Paired wonderfully with chicken tikka and some other Indian dishes.

Getting to be a bit too sweet, but still solid companion for Chinese and Thai takeout.

So crisp, so much mineral, so much lemon, yet no weight. Just a bit of sugar, superb with food. Just one great big ray of sunshine. Very good+.
