No disg date that I can see. 60% Pinot / 40% Chard, 2 g/l dosage. 4yrs on lees.
Hazelnut, brioche, and green apple on the nose, aggressive attack, autolyse, pear, spiced apples, rich and textured lees, really good effort. Excellent QPR.

This is great stuff. Yes it is savoury and it is dry but there is lots of filling to balance this. That is because of the ripe fruit. This is a real classy beauty that is fresh, balanced, complex and has a very long aftertaste. Great with oysters, especially Zeeuwse platte from the Netherlands.

Less giving on the nose than the Cuvée D. Some sharp yeasty breadiness.
Very pure on the palate, with a lovely freshness. Really precise and focused. Though curiously the acidity actually feels quite low.
