My first DRC ever. Fully mature and in a perfectly regal state. Tastes of dried roses, mahogany, and the smell of a beautiful old library, with a long, lingering sea salt finish. Showed delicateness when paired with both a raw fresh brill, then powerful when served with lamb. Another dimension of wine.
