  Nicely balanced. More cab sauvignon flavor and nose notes than franc's typical dominant green pepper. Nicely integrated tannins. I would probably identify this as a CS in a blind tasting. Long finish. Nice alternative to the Steelers this cold, gray November afternoon. I guess it goes well with turnovers.
