Very good, with excellent delineation and elegance. I expect a lot of depth and complexity from Pegau, but this is much better at a younger age than the 2005 Cuvee Laurence that I had in September. Meaty, spicy, fruity, earthy, herbaceous: you could almost find any flavor you'd like in this wine. I would say hold, but you wont regret ignoring the suggestion.
